Return Policy

1. Fehling will issue a full refund on any purchases that are returned to Fehling within thirty days of being shipped to the Purchaser, provided that the products remain in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.

2. Fehling will issue a credit for any products returned to Fehling more than thirty days past being shipped to the Purchaser, provided that the products remain in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.  Fehling reserves the right to assess a restocking fee of 20%.

3. Fehling reserves the right to refuse issuing any refund or credit for products returned more than sixty days after shipment to the Purchaser.

4. Any refund or credit requires the explicit written consent of Fehling.

5. Any products designed to the custom specifications of the Purchaser cannot be returned for refund or credit.

6. The Purchaser bears all risk and shipping costs of returned products.
